Greetings,
I had to buy a GPS because Elder Prettyman is leaving in the
next couple weeks and taking his back home with him. GPS is not provided
by the church, so I bought one this morning.
So my time is short due to the fact that I had to respond to the
assistants with study challenge the President has asked all the
missionaries to do. So I will try to write a letter later today.
Lots of miracles this week. We have 3 people on date to be baptized
which are super solid. Chelsea who has been taught in the past and we
were able to find her. We challenged her to read and pray about the book
of Mormon and she says she knows that it is true. She will be baptized
on the 17th along with Julea who is Angela's daughter (the only one who
has not been baptized). She went to girls camp last week and now wants
to be baptized. Callie who was a member referral. She is totally golden
and knows everything already. She will be baptized on Saturday.
Quick miracle. Tracted into a girl named Courtney a
couple of weeks ago and finally got back with her this week. Says she
prayed to be directed to a new church and three days later we knocked on
her door. The Lord prepares the people, I have a testimony of that.
I miss the peaches! the ones here are small and nothing like h-town!
