Greetings from the land of Horses and Buggies!

Yes! I am still in Danville! And Yes! I am still with Elder DuBose. But, Elder Segle has left the nest; in fact, Elder Segle is now serving in Xenia in the same area I was born into! I was so excited for him. After all, Xenia did have a tornado touch down there this last week!

Lots of things have been happening. Now that transfers are over everyone can take a sigh of relief. I sent a couple pictures of transfer meeting and you may recognize the casually dressed guy next to me. Elder . . .I mean brother Prettyman decided to come back to Ohio for a few days and we were able to see him at transfers. He has some facial hair now, and seems to be doing well. It was great to see my trainer again.

It sounds like it will be a very exciting week in the Beutler Household, with graduation and everything. Send my best to all the relatives that are passing through. Let them know that I love them much.

Some of the pictures that are in the drop box are of the Indian ruins that resemble Captain Moroni's fortifications. The Hopewell people, I guess they were called, would build large heaps of earth with pickets on the top and trenches round about. When we had Mission Leadership Council at the beginning of the month they held it outside at these ruins. There are also pictures of the buggy ride Bro. Weaver took us on before transfers.

Sorry this email is pretty pathetic, but there are some letters on their way. I love you all. Sadie, good luck at Graduation and don't get too crazy at Grad Night!

Love,
Elder Beutler
