Greetings from the Great OCM!

Awesome week with an awesome birthday. Wednesday was a crazy day. Zone conference from 9am-3pm, and a meeting with the stake president from 6-9pm. So my birthday did not involve much missionary work. My brain felt like mush at the end of the day. We finally got back to our house at 10pm after being in Columbus all day long. It was nice when sister Daines walked up to me with a package from home though at zone conference. You guys spoiled me. It was just the stuff I needed and I love it. Best Birthday ever.

The bad thing about having lots of meetings to go to is less time to proselyte. When the weekend came we had to work our hinds off to still perform well, but the Lord blessed us. He placed people in our path and we found them. I am constantly amazed at how many people we continue to find in this little town of 1000 people. It is amazing how many people I still have not met although I have knocked on every door in town. I say I don't know how we keep finding people, but in reality I do. It is the Lord's work and He is hastening it.

Super happy for Cari. Sounds like things are too good to be true. Sounds like he proposed up at the baseball fields. That is super American.

The longer I am in Danville the more I love it here. I love the Ohio. This area has showed me what really makes people happy in this life and I want that. All it takes is family and consecration to the Gospel. Every thing else falls into line. It doesn't matter if you are broke as a joke, and you literally have nothing but those two things. That equals happiness. The testimony of this is in the lives of the Amish Saints. They are super consecrated. They are finding people for us, and teaching people with us, and we are finding success because they have an eye single to the Glory of God, with faith, hope, charity, and love. This is what qualifies people for the work of salvation (D&C 4).

I am super excited for this week because we may have an opportunity to teach an Amish family!

I love our family. We are another testament that the Gospel brings happiness. If there are any doubts to the truthfulness of the gospel then I would invite you to look at the fruits of the gospel. They are impossible to overlook. There is a Heavenly Father who blesses his children when they will let him. It becomes more and more apparent to me the longer I have been on my mission. And it hurts to see people pass up this golden opportunity daily!

I love you and hope you do have a memorable week.

Elise and Mom, I sent a letter to you on Thursday. Sorry it was super late.
